The CrossFit classes combine strength training, bodyweight movements, gymnastics skills, mobility work, and much more! The workouts change every day and your body will be challenged in ways you never thought were possible. Each workout is scaled to your fitness level so you can maximize results in each 60-minute class. If you are looking to get started into your CrossFit journey we will take you through our Foundations program.
Our Foundations program provides people new to CrossFit an opportunity to get comfortable with CrossFit movements. This way new members are able to familiarize themselves with how their body moves, any restrictions they may have, and what their fitness level is. This ensures member safety and success as they begin to push themselves in regular classes.
We love working 1-on-1 in private sessions to help people reach their individual goals at a time that wors best for you. Sessions range from 30 minutes to one hour, so it can fit in anyone’s schedule. Whether you need accountability, it’s been some time since you were active, or you’ve got specific athletic goals, we’ve got you covered. Our coaches are personally-interested in you and want you to reach your highest potential.
The key to body composition and optimal health is what you are putting into your body. Our staff includes a Precision Nutrition Certified who is a nutrition coach who can educate you on what to eat as well as the appropriate amounts so that you’re fueled properly and get lots of nutrients. This will allow your body to achieve the results you are striving for in addition to the workouts!
